Fal-e-Shiraz

Inspired by the Fal-e-Hafez (Omens of Hafez), a divination tradition in which a person chooses a card and reads a poem by the poet Hafez. These cards often have illustrations on the front that are inspired by Persian miniatures. This drawing has imagery that is common in Afghan and Iranian art and design.
